It is situated in a private area and consists of a ground floor and an attic. It measures a total of 120 m2. The Villa has 3 double bedrooms, two living rooms with three couches that convert to beds in total, two kitchens and three bathrooms. Outside you will find a garden and a private swimming pool with sun loungers and an umbrella. The ground floor can host up to four people. It has two bedrooms , two bathrooms (one bedroom has its own en suite bathroom), a Jacuzzi, a fully equipped kitchen, living room and a veranda. The attic can host up to 3 people. Its an open plan space with a small bar-style kitchenette, with a fridge, sink and coffee facilities to prepare light meals. The attic also has its own bathroom, living room area and a private veranda.

Keri Lake is a coastal settlement with a colourful beach, at the southwest coast of Zakynthos.
