Villa is located on the edge of the waves where the sky gently touches the Ionian Sea, giving you the chance to view a colourful sunrise, like a pearl that shines beneath the light of the sun. Elegance, luxury, modern design, traditional architecture, stone and glass coloured like pearls compose Villa combining perfectly the tradition with the contemporary style just for our guests. Villa is 300 square meters big with the capacity to accommodate up to ten persons. The interior is inspired by the beauty of the Zakynhtian island. The entrance of the villa is situated on the first floor together with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table with chairs, a cosy living room, a fireplace and a colourful garden where BBQ facilities are found. Villa provides central heating and cooling system individually controlled in every room. Also, at the same floor the one of the five luxurious bedrooms with private bathroom is situated. On the ground floor you will find three more bedrooms each having its private bathroom too. All the bedrooms offer a panoramic view of the Ionian Sea, a separate veranda and access to the swimming pool. The fifth bedroom is built next to the Villa equipped with cooking facilities, a double bed, air-conditioning and a private bathroom with shower, in order to provide this way more privacy. Transport with private car to and from the airport. Private check in and check out in the Villa. Check-in time is after 2 pm and check-out time is before 11 in the morning. A welcome by a member of our Staff upon arrival, a healthy fruit bowl with local organic fruit & a bottle of Select Wine. Daily full breakfast served every morning in the privacy of the villa overlooking the deep Ionian sea. Full professional staff including housekeeping (7 days a week). Towels are changed daily.

Location

Villa is privately located at a quiet coast of Zakynthos Island, at Ambula beach in the area of Tragaki. Discover “Vardiola”, in the distance of 2-3km in Kypseli, one of the watchtowers that the Venetians used to build in order to be protected from the pirates. Hiking or cycling among the green olive trees is an activity suggested for the nature lovers. Last but not least you can taste dishes of the zakynhtian cuisine in the restaurant “Ladofanaro on the Beach”. Also in the distance of 1klm from Perla Beach Villa you can visit the resort of Tsilivi, where you can find a shopping center with super-markets and numerous shops, just within a 5-minute-drive. Moreover, you can meet the nightlife of Zakynthos, enjoy a dinner at a premium restaurant or a dance at a bar or club. Tsilivi beach is perfect for children as the sea water is warm and shallow, while the blue flag awarded beach is ideal to built the sandcastle of your dreams. The more adventurous can either have a go on the water sports available there or the water park. Along the beach road there are bars open from early in the morning till late at night serving coffee, drinks and snacks. Villa stands 9 km away from Zakynthos International Airport and 6 km from “Chora”, the capital town and the harbor of the island. Perla Beach Villa is so close to many points of interest and sights, so you can easily visit the most famous landmarks of historical or natural significance.
