Connected to the living area is a full equipped kitchen with all modern appliances including ceramic hob oven, large refrigerator, dish washing machine and microwave. A guest WC is also available on the upper floor. A balcony door exits to a large veranda with exquisite sea views and is equipped with a dinner table. From the living area stairs lead down to the ground floor, where there are 3 comfortable bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. One bathroom is equipped with bathtub and the other 2 with showers. The bedrooms exit in a large veranda with fantastic sea views. A private pool is also available on the ground floor veranda, while the 2 staff members that live in a separate staff house near the villa are at your disposal anytime
